Whether you attend in-person or explore the homes through our Virtual Experience, we hope you enjoy all that Home-A-Rama has to offer! For your convenience, there will be NO tickets sales on-site at the ticket booth this year. All tickets will be sold in advance online. On-site guests will be required to arrive at Chatham Hills with their pre-purchased ticket ready to scan during their scheduled arrival time.

Refund Policy

General Admission

All sales are final. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your selected date and arrival time. We will not be able to issue exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased, or for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets.

Virtual Tickets

There are no refunds available for the virtual tour.
